The Winter, 2011 issue of the West Virginia Law Review features articles by AGT associate Christopher Dodrill and by AGT Member Phillip Combs.

 

Chris co-authored “Does Judicial Philosophy Matter?: A Case Study”.  The article considers the role that judicial philosophy plays in judicial decision making.

Phil co-authored “Modern Products Liability Law in West Virginia”.  The article was designed as a resource for lawyers who practice in the products liability field by 1) setting forth West Virginia’s substantive law governing products liability actions 2) collating and analyzing applicable opinions and 3) identifying issues that commonly arise in these actions.
