Eric L Silkwood

Mr. Silkwood concentrates his practice on matters related to coal mine health and safety, MSHA, OSHA, workplace injury and premises liability.  Eric is frequently involved in the defense of employers in the coal, oil, gas, timber, construction, mining and drilling fields, including providing counsel on MSHA and OSHA regulatory issues and incidents involving workplace injury.
