Nicholas S Johnson

Nick is experienced in complex commercial disputes with specific concentration on supply contract litigation.  He also focuses his practice on defending businesses in products liability and consumer financial services litigation.    

Nick attended West Virginia University as an undergraduate and as a law student, earning his undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Economics, summa cum laude, and his J.D., Order of the Coif.  While at WVU, Nick was honored with numerous scholarships and awards, including the Neil S. Bucklew Scholarship and the West Virginia State Bar Merit Scholarship. He was also recognized as a University Honors Scholar and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. 

Nick is admitted to practice law in West Virginia and Virginia.  Originally from Richwood, West Virginia, Nick resides in Charleston with his wife, Sarah.  He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, Virginia State Bar, West Virginia Defense Trial Counsel, and the Nicholas County Bar Association.
