Zackary B Mazey

Mr. Mazey is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice and is admitted to practice in courts throughout West Virginia.  Zack joined AG&T in 2007 after serving as Deputy General Counsel to Governor Joe Manchin, III.  During his time with Governor Manchin, Zack advised the Governor and General Counsel regarding legislative matters and outside litigation.  Zack’s practice at AG&T encompasses a wide breadth of matters on behalf of corporations in commercial litigation, premises liability, and product liability actions in addition to representing clients in personal injury matters and MSHA related matters.

During his time at Miami University, Zack studied accountancy and finance and, upon graduation, worked at a financial planning firm.  Thereafter, Zack earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Dayton School of Law where he was a President’s Scholar and served as both Vice-President and President of the Student Bar Association.
