Ms. Campbell served as a law clerk for the former Supreme Court Justice Thomas E. McHugh for two years prior to joining the Firm in 1995. Upon joining the Firm, Ms. Campbell became involved in the state’s tobacco litigation; and in 2000, she was appointed Liaison Counsel on behalf all Defendants in the state’s tobacco mass litigation involving at one point over a thousand Plaintiffs. As Ms. Campbell continues her Liaison Counsel role, she is also involved in civil defense litigation, including products liability and corporate defense litigation. In her fourteen years of practice, she has participated in various aspects of the Firm management and served in leadership roles for various State and local bar associations and local committees, as well for West Virginia College of Law committees.
